Certification Champions Honored

GPCI President Marcia Ford, center, honored two champions of the efforts over the years to bring GPCI and the GPC certification to fruition. They are Frank Mandley, left, recipient of the Pauline G. Annarino Award, and Harriet Blymiller, right, recipient of the President’s Award. The awards were presented in October at the  2008 annual conference of the American Association of Grant Professionals in Long Beach, CA. Mandley was a GPCI Board Member and subject matter expert. Blymiller guided GPCI through early development of the GPC examination.
