I.  Minutes from March meeting were distributed and passed unanimously

II.  Claudia Huff continued with the conclusion of the goal setting series that she has been facilitating.  Suprises from results, changes that might need to be made, and a discussion of what was missing ensued.  The Venn diagram task was completed with reports back to the group and the a synthesis of all groups results were made into one organizational diagram.

    A.  From this synthesis, the group decided to create four sub-committees

       1.  Programming and Networking

       2.  Professional Development

       3.  Membership Growth

    B.   Everyone at the meeting signed up for a committee and each officer was assigned to a committee

III.  Amanda asked everyone to think of any thing/project/idea they would like to see our chapter accomplish this year.  

IV.  Make sure that you register on the MAAGP website, maagp.org, so that you can take part in the discussion forums and upload documents
