II. New Business
1.    Welcome new attendee, Susan Williams!  Also, a big thanks to Dana for bringing her along!

2.    Jessica presented the minutes and they were unanimously passed

3.    Dana reported that as of November 30th, we have $622.33 in our account.  Dorthy Fitzmaurice is our newest due-paying member but has not yet been to a meeting.
    a.    It might be helpful to reconcile lists of due paying members between our list of members and national’s list.

4.    Many people are up for renewing their memberships.  Please make sure that you are paid in-full!!

5.    Don’t forget that April is when we will hold elections.  Jessica will contact Virginia Sheppard to procure the boardroom at the football stadium.  If you want to run for an office, please let Amanda know ASAP.

6.    Amanda gave an update on the irresponsible spending habits fo the state government agencies
    a.    How will this effect GA agencies ability to capture federal funds in the near future?
    b.    What problems are we seeing in our home institutions from the fall out surrounding this?

7.     GPCI testing
    a.   Next date is May 30th in Chicago.
    b.   MAAGP hosting a test
        i.    We would be ideal for this
        ii.    Hopefully we will have a certified administrator
        iii.    We have a site capable and suitable for hosting
        iv.    Dates:  probably between mid june – august
    c.    Motion for chapter to host a testing was placed and unanimously passed.

8.    MAAGP regional conference
    a.    Jessica and Mindy brought up the idea for hosting a regional conference
    b.    If we hosted a GPCI exam, this would be a logical next step
    c.    Due to time constraints, it was decided to talk about this more at the next meeting.
9.    Logo
    a.     Thanks to Sylvia for designing the logo that was voted for at the meeting!  Yet another step toward our compliance with national!
